Which model to choose?

There are two PlayStation 5 models. The standard PS5 costs $ 500, while the Digital Edition is $ 400. The first has a disk drive for physical game discs and can also play 4K Blu-ray. Digital Edition misses the disk drive, so you’ll need to download all your games. This is the only difference.

While these $ 100 savings may seem tempting, there are some compelling reasons to buy a PS5 drive. After the games come out for a while, the CD version is usually cheaper. In addition, you can play your old PS4 discs on the new console and you can resell PS5 game discs when you’re done, which you can’t do with digital versions. That’s all before you consider the ability to play Ultra HD Blu-ray.

Do you need to upgrade?

The lack of mandatory exclusive PlayStation 5 games can make you stop. Most of the best titles to be released in the next few months are likely to have PS4 versions available. Don’t feel like you’re going to miss games if you’re completely happy with your existing PS4.

On the other hand, the The PS5 is improving over the PS4 in many significant ways and you can get a deeper taste of what it has to offer in our PS5 review. If you don’t own a PlayStation 4 yet, then PlayStation Plus subscription for PS5, which gives you access to a library of the best PS4 games like Negative impact 4 and God of War as part of your PS Plus membership is a must.
